  • Engine repair and rebuilding
  • Clutch, transmission, and PTO
  • Brakes and steering
  • Hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and cooling system repair

What you need to know before you restore.

A lot of information that you need to know before you buy a tractor or start that restoration on a farmall tractor. A very interesting read!

History and cautions

The book, “How To Restore Formal Tractors” is a good read for those interested in taking on such a project. And I was pleased to see that the first section is a detailed history of the brand and matched up with various Farmalls I knew as a farm kid in the late 1950s.
The rest of the book is full of "how-to” do it, and "what to watch for" so that you don’t bite off more than you can chew. I found the book very informative with lots on detailed photos and well written text.

HOW TO RESTORE FARMALL TRACTORS

Haven't had a chance to read or use it yet, but I will within the next year when I do some restoration of a Farmall H that's been in my family for over 80 years.
